Class Booking policy
We are so excited to have you join our Sewing workshops, please take a moment to read our booking policy before reserving your spot.
Bookings and Refunds
All class Bookings are non-refundable. Once your place is secured, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your booking to another class with at least 2 weeks notice. We will do our best to help, however transfers are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Projects and learning pace
Depending on skill level, you may not always complete the project during the workshop or within a block of sessions. Don’t worry, we will make sure you leave with the knowledge, guidance, and confidence you need to finish your project at home.
What to Bring
Machines and overlockers are provided on our workshops, If a workshop requires anything specific we will let you know ahead of time. Most of our regular classes require you to bring a project of your choice, so bring a pattern and fabric for your chosen project. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need any guidance. We have a small selection of haberdashery and natural fabrics for sale in the studio.
Health and Safety
For everyone’s comfort and safety, please follow studio guidelines and use equipment as instructed. If you are feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible.
Respectful environment
Our studio is a friendly, supportive space. We ask all participants to be respectful of others, the tutor and the equipment.
By booking a class, you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding, we look forward to seeing you.
Please note: photos may be taken in the studio during a workshop for promotional purposes, if you prefer not to be in any photo’s please let us know beforehand.
